Welcome to Fair Paw Co. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean Fair Paw Co. We operate this store and website, along with all related content, features, tools, products, and services (the "Services"), to give you a curated shopping experience. Our store runs on Shopify, which provides the platform that lets us deliver the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced in them (the "Terms"), set out your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read them carefully — they contain important information about your legal rights, including warranty disclaimers and limits on our liability.
By visiting, interacting with, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree to them, please don't use the Services.
1. Access and Account
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence, and that you consent to any minors in your care using the Services on devices you own or manage.
To use the Services — including browsing our store or buying anything from us — you may be asked to provide information such as your email address and your billing, payment, and shipping details. You confirm that everything you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you have the right to provide it.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity on your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to anyone else.
2. Our Products
We do our best to represent our products accurately. That said, colors and appearance may look different on your screen depending on your device and its settings.
We don't warrant that the appearance or quality of any product will match your expectations or the way it appears in our store.
Product descriptions may change at any time without notice. We may discontinue any product, and we may limit the quantities we sell to any person, region, or jurisdiction, on a case-by-case basis.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion, and your order isn't accepted until we confirm it. We must receive and process your payment before an order is accepted.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it — we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once an order is accepted. If we decline, change, or cancel an order, we'll try to reach you using the email address, billing address, or phone number you provided.
Returns and exchanges are handled solely under our Refund Policy.
You confirm that your purchases are for your own personal or household use, and not for commercial resale or export.
4. Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect when you place your order, as shown in your order confirmation email. Unless we say otherwise, posted prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, and any customs or import charges.
Prices in our store may differ from prices offered elsewhere, including by third-party retailers. We may run promotions governed by their own terms; where those conflict with these Terms, the promotion terms apply.
You agree to provide accurate and complete purchase and payment information, and to keep it up to date — including your email address and card details — so we can process your orders and reach you when needed.
You confirm that: the payment information you provide is true and complete; you are authorized to use that payment method; the charges will be honored by your card issuer; and you will pay the posted price, including shipping, handling, and any applicable taxes.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for shipping delays, including those caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we hand a package to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
6. Intellectual Property
The Services — including all trademarks, text, images, graphics, video, audio, product reviews, and the design and arrangement of them — are owned by Fair Paw Co, our affiliates, or our licensors, and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
These Terms let you use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license or any other right under any patent, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property of Fair Paw Co, Shopify, or any third party. Unauthorized use may violate federal and state law. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
The Fair Paw Co name, logo, product names, designs, and slogans are our trademarks or those of our affiliates and licensors, and may not be used without our written permission. Shopify's name, logo, and marks belong to Shopify. All other marks appearing on the Services belong to their respective owners.
7. Optional Third-Party Tools
The Services may give you access to tools provided by third parties that we neither monitor nor control.
These tools are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties, representations, or endorsement of any kind, and we accept no liability arising from your use of them. Using them is entirely at your own risk, and you should review the third party's own terms before doing so.
We may add new features and tools to the Services in the future; those will also be covered by these Terms.
8. Third-Party Links
The Services may contain links to, or embedded functionality from, websites operated by third parties. We are not responsible for reviewing or evaluating their content or accuracy. If you choose to leave the Services to access them, you do so at your own risk.
We are not liable for any harm or damage related to your use of third-party sites, or your purchase or use of anything offered on them. Please read their policies carefully before transacting. Any complaints or questions about third-party products and services should go to that third party.
9. Relationship with Shopify
Fair Paw Co is powered by Shopify, which provides the platform that lets us deliver the Services to you. However, all sales and purchases in our store are made directly with Fair Paw Co. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of a sale between you and Fair Paw Co, including any injury, damage, or loss arising from products or services purchased. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from your purchases and transactions with us.
10. Privacy
All personal information we collect through the Services is handled under our Privacy Policy. Certain information may also be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you confirm that you have read both.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes information about your access to and use of them in order to provide and improve them. Information you submit may be transmitted to Shopify and to third parties located in countries other than yours. We may — but are not required to — monitor, edit, or remove Feedback we consider unlawful, offensive, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes anyone's rights or violates these Terms.
Your Feedback must not infringe any third party's rights, contain unlawful or abusive material, or include viruses or other malicious code. You may not use a false email address, impersonate anyone, or otherwise mislead us about the origin of your Feedback. You are solely responsible for what you submit and for its accuracy; we assume no liability for Feedback posted by you or anyone else.
12. Errors, Inaccuracies, and Omissions
Occasionally the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions — relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We reserve the right to correct these, and to change or update information or cancel orders where information was inaccurate, at any time and without prior notice, including after you have placed your order.
13. Prohibited Uses
You may use the Services for lawful purposes only. You may not use them, directly or indirectly: for any unlawful or malicious purpose; to violate any applicable law or regulation; to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others; to harass, abuse, defame, or harm our staff or anyone else; to transmit false or misleading information; to send spam, chain letters, or unsolicited promotional material; to impersonate any person or entity; or to interfere with anyone else's use of the Services or expose us, Shopify, or our users to liability.
You also agree not to: upload viruses or malicious code; reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell any part of the Services; collect or track other people's personal information; spam, phish, or pretext the Services; use robots, scrapers, data-extraction tools, AI agents, or other automated means to access the Services; or bypass any security measure, robot exclusion header, or access restriction we put in place.
We may suspend, disable, or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms.
14. Automated Agents
These provisions apply if you use, enable, or cause the deployment of an "Agent" — any software or service that takes autonomous or semi-autonomous action on someone's behalf and can run without direct supervision — to access or interact with the Services.
An Agent may not access or interact with the Services unless it identifies itself and complies with the requirements below at all times, and may not do so at all if we have asked it to stop. We may limit, including by technical means, whether and how Agents access the Services.
Agents must: identify themselves in every HTTP/HTTPS request by including "Agent/[agent name]" in the user-agent string; not conceal that the activity comes from an Agent, whether by mimicking human interaction patterns or by solving or circumventing CAPTCHAs and similar measures; answer truthfully any prompt asking whether the interaction comes from a human or a machine; and not circumvent any measure intended to block, limit, or control Agent access.
15. Termination
We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at our discretion and without notice. You remain liable for all amounts owed up to the date of termination.
The following sections survive termination: Intellectual Property, Feedback and Reviews, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver and Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy, and any other provision that by its nature should survive.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
Information on the Services is provided for general information only. We don't warrant that it is accurate, complete, or useful, and any reliance you place on it is at your own risk.
EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED BY FAIR PAW CO, THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS OFFERED THROUGH THEM ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, OR CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DURABILITY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THIS DISCLAIMER MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
17. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER FAIR PAW CO NOR OUR PARTNERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, OR LICENSORS — NOR THOSE OF SHOPIFY AND ITS AFFILIATES — SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, CLAIM, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, OR REPLACEMENT COSTS, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH THEM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fair Paw Co, Shopify, and our respective affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims — including reasonable attorneys' fees — payable to a third party and arising out of: your breach of these Terms or any document they incorporate; your violation of any law or third-party right; or your access to and use of the Services.
We will notify you of any claim subject to indemnification, though a delay in notifying you doesn't relieve you of your obligations unless you are materially prejudiced. We may control the defense and settlement of the claim at your expense, including choice of counsel, but won't settle a claim imposing non-monetary obligations on you without your consent, which you won't unreasonably withhold. You agree to cooperate in the defense, including by providing relevant documents.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable part will be severed. This will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
20. Waiver and Entire Agreement
Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision.
These Terms, together with any policies or operating rules we post on this site, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Services, and supersede any prior agreements, communications, or proposals — oral or written — including any earlier version of these Terms.
Any ambiguity in these Terms will not be construed against the drafting party.
21. Assignment
You may not delegate, transfer, or assign these Terms or any of your rights or obligations under them without our prior written consent; any attempt to do so is void. We may transfer, assign, or delegate these Terms and our rights and obligations without your consent or notice.
22. Governing Law
These Terms, and any separate agreement under which we provide the Services, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Fair Paw Co is headquartered, and you and Fair Paw Co consent to venue and personal jurisdiction in the federal and state or territorial courts of that jurisdiction.

Headings are included for convenience only and do not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
24. Changes to These Terms
You can review the current version of these Terms on this page at any time.
We may update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at our discretion by posting the update on our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. We will notify you of material changes as required by law, and those changes take effect on the date specified in the notice. Continuing to use the Services after changes are posted means you accept them.
